Tom has provided a really excellent service throughout the job.  He gave us a number of quotes as we changed and refined our plans and he made some really helpful suggestions about how best to proceed, I was very impressed with his project management, I always felt that I was kept up to date with the progress of the job.  The quality of work from Tom and his tea, has been great and we even completed a week ahead of schedule!.

We have used Cannon Building Solutions on two occasions now.  We have found is work to be of an extremely high standard.  On both occasions the sum quoted and agreed was the final price, even though on one of the jobs the material cost went up, Tom managed to reduce the labour cost by working in a different sequence so has to keep to the agreed price.  Very pleased and will definitely use them again.  The employees were always polite and kept the site very clean. I write this letter in recommendation Cannon Building Solutions as a general contractor. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Cannon on the defit and renovation of one of our leisure venues. I can recommend him highly and without reservation.

Throughout the course of the renovation, Mr Cannon was a consummate professional. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project. He was absolutely clear in his record keeping and time log. He chose and managed the sub-contractors well.
